退貨

親愛的顧客，一旦訂單已處理完成並發貨，我們將不接受因心意改變而進行的退貨或換貨。如果您收到損壞或錯誤的商品，請在收到商品後的5天內與我們聯繫。我們將努力解決問題，必要時提供退款或免費更換。

如要開始退貨，您可以通過電子郵件至 flockfootsteps@gmail.com 與我們聯繫。

如果您的退貨被接受，我們將寄給您一張退貨運送標籤，以及有關如何和在何處發送您的包裹的說明。未事先請求退貨寄回的商品將不被接受。

Return

Dear customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once order is processed for shipment, as each item is made to order. In the event that your item arrives with a defect or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at flockfootsteps@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or need to make adjustments to your order. We are happy to accommodate order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Please feel free to contact us for any questions. We are here to ensure your satisfaction and provide assistance as needed. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

退款

我們將在收到並檢查您的退貨後通知您是否批准退款。如果批准，您將在原付款方式上自動收到退款，退款時間為10個工作日。

溫馨提示：您的銀行或信用卡公司處理和發布退款可能需要一些時間。如果自批准您的退貨以來已經過去了15個工作日以上仍未收到退款，請通過FlockFootsteps@gmail.com與我們聯繫。 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
